Good afternoon, I have such a problem, I was banned for selling or buying gold, but I did not buy or sell gold. half a year ago, my account was hacked and all the aves and character items were sold, which was later addressed to the gm, and everything was returned to me. now I can't help but appeal, not to prove that I'm not using the goldseller... and I can't help but challenge and prove it.

You won't get an answer here, except for that ban appeals are not handled via the forums. You have to appeal on the website.
