Warlock curses in Loathed fight

everytime i put a curse on Loathed, it disappears in like 20sec or less, is it a known issue or am i missing some mechanic during this fight?

Yes, it is part of the boss mechanics. Loatheb removes all curses every 30 seconds so you have to re-apply them accordingly.
