Corrosive core + shieldbreaker arlabest nerf

This one caught me by surprise and is absolutely unnecessary.

The Shieldbreaker arlabest crossbow was already very weak compared to similar items.

Same goes for corrosive core:
75 armor reduction is really not that much. Now both items are nerfed for 50%, which is MASSIVE.

Imo completely unnecessary and makes especially the crossbow obsolete.
35 armor reduction is just very very little. Its not worth using this item at all anymore.

It was already not worth using it before the nerf.

It's not specific to those two but all ARP gear. All of it is pretty much worthless now.
