Lower dead zone range when?

A small QOL change for hunters. lower dead zone range just like in TBC.

If you're even remotely competent, explain where exactly the hunter is an op in pvp?
Maybe you mean world pvp, or BGs?
Or do you think that the hunter is op in 3 vs 3 bloody ring?
