Elemental earth is an extremely contested end game mat used by GNPP, resto pots, and now elemental sharpening stones. This leads to lvl 30 mobs being farmed 24/7. It's frustrating for the lvl 60s who need it, and it's frustrating for the lvl 30s who are trying to do quests in Badlands.

Adding a Transmute Elemental Earth recipe for alchemists would be a good step towards solving this problem. It could be a Friendly rep item for Cenarion Circle. A similar transmute already exists for elemental fire: https://database.turtle-wow.org/?item=20761

Yes!! Elemental earth is a commodity, not a luxury, the world of the game was made with a third of turtle wow's playerbase in mind, and much less than a third of its raiding population in mind.

This transmute is what should be added in 1.17.1 to get the prices back to a sane level, AND benefit the people who use this as a gold farm at the same time.

I support this idea. We need more sources of Elem Earth

People who lose from this change: people who hoard elemental earth and try and manipulate the market

People who gain from this change: literally everyone else

I will bump this topic with more concerns relevant to it. Elemental water very recently is having the same immense price hike that elemental earths are going through. 500% price increase and that followed by frost protection potions 500% price increase.

That can be explained through many factors probably all coming together at once: Recent adjustment of elemental water fishing in azshara, probably Chinese guilds stockpiling the mats for their naxx progression or to transfer them with their characters to the CN realms.

The factors are not important though, what's important is that the same time turtle wow releases the core of earth transmute, it also releases a globe of water transmute (probably from Hydraxian Waterlords reputation)

It can be Drop from Iron Ore Nodes like Season of Mastery.
