This gives me an idea for a little addition to the game based on your comment:
Imagine you are a Druid leveling with another player, or there is a player that wants to travel from one zone to another. Both you and the other player are a poor and can't afford a mount. So, you shapeshift into cat, bear or travel form and let the other player ride on your back. The other player can then choose to go AFK if they need to go to the bathroom while you ride to the destination. (Maybe another game mechanic could be added to make it so that mounted player can cast spells, like Frostbolt or Heroic Strike, while moving - though this may make the class more OP ':D)
In Dungeons, cat form can be used as a fast get-away, or if the tank died, cat could run to the start of the dungeon, find tank and take him quickly to the group.
These are just my brainstorms
