Are priest racials the same they were in orginal vanillia? Im aasking cuz I cant find any information on that on turtle website.

Ye - there is no info indeed - I was jsut checking that myself.

They are the same.

High Elves have 10% Speed cast (little berserker) and second one I dont recall LOL

But they seemed meh to me :D

Second High Elf Racial was a slightly reduced mana cost for the next 5 Smites, Holy Fire and/or Holy Nova I think.

First rank was 25 less mana for each cast and that 5 times and I am not 100% certain on the Holy Fire part.

helfracials should be tuned up

The High Elf Racial is basically a slightly weaker version of something that Shamans have to deep-talent into with 31 Points.

It's fine as it is.
