New realm HC

Hi guys. Im new player here and want to start play at new realm with HC mode. But I cant find an NPC who will do this. Do I understand correctly that this mode is not available on the new server?

The PvP server doesn't have any of the previous challenges that the original turtle server has. There is no hardcore, there is no vagrant's endeavor, there is no slow and steady. Nuffin. Nada. Zilch.
Elmhoof - 60 Feral, between tanking/dps (Main)
Anbone 34 Shadow Priest (Planned secondary main)
Manypunchman - 10 Naked Troll Boxer (Hardcore)

I'm back! More or less...
