Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros does not grant attack power for druids cat/bear form
why is Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros does not grant attack power for druids cat/bear form since all the maces and polearms are grant attack power for druids cat/bear form?

The chance on hit damage is wasted for ferals, and other classes benefit much more from this weapon.

According to the devs anything with chance on hit effects will not receive FAP. Stinks I know.
