Hardcore death by server lagging

I was playing with a girl, and we were doing a task on gnolls near Hogger. At some point the game crashed and I froze and couldn’t pick up an item. And my girlfriend stood still. But according to her, she could run around the world. And a couple of moments later she is killed and she became a ghost. It was 02.10.2023 ~22:45 (UTC+4). Please help us with this problem. I don’t know how to prove it, but maybe you can check the failure in the logs at this moment.

In HC always take in count that something happens in your kind you play. Then you can perhaps make it.
eg. never use ships without your HS ready...
