Me as well, and especially when you're not into competition, like PVP or PVE and you simply want to RP, having
text in the WorldFrame is just annoying. I hate text in the WorldFrame. I don't like NPC Names, I don't like my own
name, other players names, I don't like the chat, only thing Im fine with is the combat text (your damage etc.).
I also play without guild-chat, whisper-chat, group-chat, or the default channels like tradechat etc.
Just /say and /yell and /emotes.

So my RP-UI looks like this, I try to solve as much as possible via LUA scripts, the less Addons the better.

Everytime I load into the game I press my DND/Play button, it runs the following code:

/DND "Gigantis can only be contacted personally or via Mailbox."

1) Makes chat-fadeout time to 6 seconds.
2) Hides all chat-buttons
3) Puts me in my racial language (Taur-ahe)
4) Enables my DND

And then its playtime

Primarily Pfui and Luna for me. MSBT for scrolling combat. Curse of elements for totems and a few other random ones.....

nameplates show only lvl and name, HP Bar on target or when unit is damaged
another invisible bar below normal bars for blessings, another one on the right for proffessions, macros etc

to-do: grp frames tuning, resizing, filtering the buffs, colors etc

How do you see the warlock dots on the target? :) which addon does that

@Undeadtlr - Can you share the secret about how did you centre the W3 UI - it looks like you have widescreen as I have, but my W3Ui is aligned to the left :(

Thank you for your patience! My bad about the late response.

I use https://github.com/Fiurs-Hearth/WIIIUI with the default Night Elf one selected. It feels great for my [Forest] Trolls & Undead chars!

By default the UI for each Warcraft 3 race is available. You can change them & the settings by clicking the bottom right. Hovering there will show a hidden gear/cog wheel you click to access the UI theme and settings. This mod is by Fiurs Hearth. My settings for that image are like this:

I use the Human UI for Alliance characters.

For other hordies: Tauren, Orcs, Goblins I use this custom UI
