HE racials soft rework

HE now is just looks

they get the worst racials in the game

bow spec - everyone can have.

kal dorei meditation - low efford evocation with high cd per mana.

my take on buffs

Bow spec - turns into polearm and bow specialization

kal dorei meditation - now gives a +haste if the cast is completed(should get a higher cd for it?)

both buffs only target the pve aspect of the race.

and trolls should get polearm specialization too.

So basically, you want ur char looks fantastic and being smart at the same time, thats greedy

A ton of people (way too many, in fact) already play HE. The race doesn't need a buff.

yeah guys looksmaxing its a real stat...(for it to impact the gameplay)

-please nerf the looks of Female HE. we need a buff in bow specialization or kal dorei meditation...
