• Fixed the Ritual of Refreshment so it now works in battlegrounds.

• Adjusted the levels for the quests Money Down The Drain and Secure the Cargo.

• Corrected the issue with Improved Drain Soul not applying the Soul Siphon buff on the player if the target dies from the last damage tick of Drain Soul.

• Fixed an issue where the Drain Soul buff remained on the caster if the channel portion of the spell was resisted.

• NPC Darrow Shademore is now a vendor.

• Extended the 10-minute grace period for trading Soulbound items in raids to include loot from trash, provided the items are of rare quality (blue) or higher.

• Fixed the Seal of Ascension quest to correctly interact with the Orb of Draconic Energy instead of autocompleting.

• Unstable Mining Dynamite can no longer critically hit.

I understand the wording is a bit strange, but I'm pretty sure this just means that you can now trade items from trash, not that the time period has increased.
