Wartorn Chain Scraps Drop Rate

Chain scraps are always dropped in the least amount, despite the classes using them being largely unpopular, you'll have guild banks with 1-2 full stacks of cloth, leather and plate scraps while barely 30-50 chain scraps.

Also given how we'll have to re-dress the entirety of the raid rosters with tier sets once alt sets drop, how will guilds meet demands ? You can usually gather enough scraps for 1-2 cloth/plate/leather pieces each week but barely enough for a single one over the course of multiple weeks. Can't the drop rate of chain scraps be put on par with the other scraps ?

A single chain scrap on the AH goes for 20g, that's about 400g for a single tier set piece
