Database information not in sync with game

Hi,

From DB it shows NPC Caryssia Moonhunter teaches couple of leatherworking recipes, Turtle Scale Helm included.
It would have been very convenient if this NPC teaches this recipe as it's a prerequisite to Tribal Leatherworking quest.
However, NPC only gives the Tribal Leatherworking quest but teaches nothing.

Can you please help check and make DB and game data in sync?
