What your race selection tells about you

Post by Akos1896 » Thu May 02, 2024 12:22 am

Hey!
Don't take this seriously.

Human
You rolled a human because you either wanna tryhard a melee class or you wanna imagine yourself as the char. You look into the mirror, get the inspiration and make yourself a character in the game. Or you just make a woman fury warrior and tmog her into a bikini. If that's the case, you need a girlfriend.

Orc
You rolled an orc because you know that testosterone>braincells. You're not here to read articles about minmaxing and nerd things (unless you rolled DPS warrior), you just wanna sit down next to the PC, grab a bear and hit whatever is in front of you. Chances are that you don't like people talking back to you though and it can activate your inner zug, resulting in you leaving the crossfaction party and massacring those annoying guys. Beer, testosterone and having some manly fun.

Gnome
Gnomes are evil. It's a fact. They blew up their own capital. They can summon demons but can't heal or can't use any form of holy magic. The whole race is about looking smoll and cute than ganking someone 10 levels below you, sitting on the corpse and letting out some weird Papa Smurf noises. If you are a gnome, chances are that you are some kind of sadist but you'd refuse the accusation of actually being one.

Goblins
Those gnome players who are honest about who they are. They don't wanna look cute and they absolutely embrace every shíttalk they get after a nasty gank. Also, some of the most chill players are goblins. You want a totally useless quest to be done which adds 20 mins to the dungeon? Goblin tanks says whatever and does it for you. Might ninja roll your bis wand as a fury prot warrior though.

High elf
You probably have your own picture as your PC wallpaper and chances are that your first másturbation happened in front of a mirror. You know that you are better than anyone else and you rolled a high elf to inform the others about the same thing. Wherever you go, you start asking for quests and then declaring HRs. Even as a lvl 50 DPS in Hateforge. Your tauren-sized ego is only comparable to your molten giant-sized sensitivity if you think that someone somehow disrespected you (for example a tank dared to roll need on a tanking item or the troll was breathing).

Night elf
You are the skinnier hippie type. Loving nature, hating humans and refusing to see bathrooms for extended periods of time. Chances are that if you play a nelf male, you wanna tmog him as Dracula. Men playing as nelf females should get a girlfriend.

Tauren
The fat hippie type. Loving people much more than the nelf variant but their giant and frequently fat-filled body usually hides insecurities. You go to random people and /moo them in the hopes that they give some kind of positive feedback to you. You sometimes don't roll need for upgrades and just wanna be friendly instead of accomplishing anything, ever. There are three exceptions though. Tauren tank warriors are gods of the game, who just wanna protect everyone with their extensive knowledge of big moo. Tauren female mains either need a girlfriend and a psychologist at the same time or they have some extreme anger issues and they just wanna make you suffer out of whatever reason. Beware the female taurens, they might stand next to your dying body as your healer, /moo at you and just leave the instance. Maybe with a monologue about how bad everyone else is.

Undead
You listen to some black metal about sacrificing babies to the dark lord. Your life consists of oppressed emotional traumas and made-up reasons why not to visit a psychiatrist. Your favourite season is the fall because you love to see the leaves dying. In the depth of your heart you just wanna be accepted and loved but something went so wrong in your life that you rather do some edgelord gankfest instead of accepting your feelings. You are pretty good at the game, though. I mean REALLY good. Specially at the PVP part of it.

Dwarf
You are similar to the orc, just chiller. Except for the dwarven paladins, they are just ássholes. You crack a beer, wanna have some fun, and unlike the orc, you don't feel the urge to beat up everyone if someone said soemthing you don't like. Or you are just one of them dwarven priests. Fearward is best ward, bis priest goes brr.

Troll
You are probably roleplaying with a fake Jamaican accent. People find you friendly at first just to realize later that you don't make dramas because you just don't care. They first see the troll who lets the undead get the weapon in the dungeon without any quarrel. Then later people see the true colors of the troll, when the raid wipes because the troll healer decided to disappear for 10 minutes to roll a blunt, in the middle of the boss fight. They are here, they speak fake broken English, they seems nice but in the depth of their heart they just do not care.

It's funny to see how people in games have different personalities. Like humans who either try hard or like to imagine things, or orcs who just want to smash stuff. Gnomes cause trouble, goblins are chill, high elves are stuck-up, and night elves love nature. Taurens have their quirks, undead are dark, dwarves love beer, and trolls are carefree but selfish. These descriptions show the funny side of gaming communities and how diverse they are.
