Karazhan reputation and rewards

I wanted to bring an eye to Karazhan as a whole or if you deem it unworthy maybe jut the raid version, nonetheless the old Karazhan had the 4 rings (for each spec) that started out when you hit Friendly and would get stronger each time you gain trust with the said reputation.
Sure in TBC it was somewhat a fast process but here it doesn't have to be, but still it would be cool to get to choose some variation of items that would upgrade, maybe not rings, but something, to feel like you're doing something killing the countless trash mobs all over the place nonstop.
I think the cloaks are a hard find so maybe a cloak for each spec that upgrades to lets say BWL level at the end, i dont know.
