Account suspension issue

My account was banned for one month.I've already appealed feedback on the website stating that my account hasn't violated any rules and provided evidence, but the feedback I received was just an official response stating that any RMT (Real Money Trading) activity is not allowed. However, my account hasn't been involved in any RMT transactions or activities, so I'm confused.

Since I am unable to appeal feedback on the website again, I have posted on the forum. I kindly request the Turtle administrators to recheck the reason for the account suspension to safeguard the players' rights. Thank you turtle_in_love_head
