Can't type in World or General Chat

Title, I can't type neither by writing /world and /4 etc, nor by clicking on in in chat panel.
(and btw i join in them automatically, even tried re-joining manually)
I can whisper and type in both party and guild though.

I have a shaman lvl 33

I reinstalled turtle and deleted chat-cache and didn't help
And no addon is involved since the issues predates their download


Any suggestion guys?

Hi, if you're new on Turtle: Welcome first. ;)
there is a level restriction on the use of public chats. I think you can use them at lvl 5 or lvl 10.
They added this measure against gold sellers/spammers a while ago.

Yes I'm "new" but i didn't specify i have two characters past 10, one is 19 and the other is 33, so ... it must be something else
