Iron Grenades are gone from my inventory without any reason

Greetings! I have an issue with my character Waronyx, server Tel'Abim. I had like an hour break and after I logged in to the game again, I found out that all of my Iron Grenades in my inventory are gone. I had like 30-40 of it. And bag slots that were filled with it are just emty... By GM's advice I cleared WDB folder, but nothing changed... Yeah, it's not a big deal to craft some new, but still it's a strange issue that stuff is gone from inventory without any reason... I had some similar issue like 2 months ago with engeneering trinket when I was changing specialisation and relearning engineering, and after I contacted support, it was resolved. But this time I had no manipulations with engineering skill. So I hope this issue is gonna be fixed as well soon.
