New human racial

Not a secret current human racial is a very very situational garbage.
Would like to hear your suggestions how the new human racial should look like.

Passive: Arathorian Tax

Death yields extra +50% honour and +(Player's level * 10) gold to the killer, if the opponent is a troll.
High Elves can get something similar as well.

Most racials are situational. If the situation fits they are pretty awesome tho.

I remember in classic i beat every rogue with my human rogue. Every time.
So thats pretty good isnt it?

Its the most played race by far, so I definately would NEVER give those a big boost.

The weapon skill is also bis, for pve.

The repgain is pretty helpful, it saves quite a bit of time.

So what do you want more?

Human racial works only against 2 classes, and even there it may fail (perception does not work through vanish for an example).

Meanwhile other racials are more versatile - gnome can delete tons of effects, dwarves delete plague poisons stings blah blah. Not to mention horde racials.

So human racial stays far behind.

Every warrior and rogue is going to be human solely because of sword/mace spec. I think this being balanced with mediocrity is fine enough. Extra spirit, rep gains and perception are all decent enough imo.

We need only to think about this if twow starts to distribute books for all weapon types(and it should happen for trolls and high-elves for their bow weapon racial because now anybody can have it).

why dont they just remove that weapon racial crap and add the missing stat to every class by default
also i see crapton non-human warriors-rogues in pve so no

human silience resist looks op
human priest is abour 40% silience resist, same goes to healer paladin

If weapon racials are nuked then humans have to get an actual racial that helps. Something in the lines of limited "cheat death" where you reduce the damage taken by a large % upon entering a critical HP % threshold could work as it lines up with the whole "human persistence" theme.

Because RNG CC/CC resists are beyond stupid in PvP and not reliable in PvE either. That's why Blizzard changed hardiness/iron will/etc to instead reduce the duration of CCs.
Likewise giving humans a racial that's useless for non-casters isn't a bright idea.

I imagine it wouldn't stack additively like other buffs, so it would be less. I still think Wotf is way better....completely counters priest and warrior fear which are on a long cd.

Humans would have a better active than orcs, worse active than undead, worse passive than orc, but better passive than undead.

Okay sure then change hardiness too. Why bring that up when people want to buff human racials? Add the cc resist, and when they decide to change it to cc reduction, both can be changed.

People complain about the sword/mace skill. My idea (underpowered and shitty) would be…

*weapons master: all weapons available to class are learned upon character creation*

Racial sucks, but saves you a couple silver.

Take 50% less damage when below 20% health for 5 seconds

Can only be used once every 2 minutes

human perception is already good. Humans only need a passive caster racial for pvp. I suggested silence resist to mirror orc resist.
