Greetings! We would like to provide some clarification regarding the newly released Transfer feature in the Turtle WoW account panel! This feature is available to accounts created before October 1st, 2023.

Starting the Process: Use of this feature will freeze your account, meaning you will no-longer be able to use it to play on Nordanaar EU.

Destinations: You will be able to choose to transfer to either Ravenshire SEA or Stormstout SEA. These realms are based in Asia and operate using primarily Mandarin language.

Important Notes:
  • You must be logged out of the game to initiate the transfer.
  • Guilds do not transfer. You will need to recreate your guild on your new realm.
  • Your account will be snapshotted to prevent any loss of data in the transfer.
  • This is a one-way transfer: There is no option to undo your transfer.
  • Transfers are NOT available to or from the Tel'Abim EU realm.
  • Transfers are NOT available to the Nordanaar EU realm, only from it.
  • Donation Tokens and shop items will transfer.
  • To prevent hoarding, players will be capped at:
    • 1000 Gold.
    • 40 of each "Trade Goods" material.
  • Any items/gold in excess of this will be deleted.

actually pvp is a quite toxic community overall, not just here on twow. ^^
And low-level-gankers are the worst of this community. those are the ones driving people away from pvp-servers.

honestly if you think telabim is toxic i think its a YOU problem.
Yes every server has toxic people but my experience is most people by far on telabim are very friendly and cooperative!
At least on horde side that is.

Thank you for continuing to support a dead server with 300 online without a bg, in which several guilds go on raids...

It seems that dozens of posts about the state of Tel'Abim do not interest you in any way, because you do not want to give a transfer from Nordanaar and do not allow you to leave the sinking ship... mad_turtle

Thank you twow devs for bringing the transfer. It took a bit longer, but you did deliver. Thank you for not dropping it

I bet Kel'Thuzard would be quite toxic too if he could talk back at you.
No, honestly, the most honest and kind people I have ever met were good PvP'ers.
All nasty, lying, backstabbing, fake people have been PvE only people who could not PvP.

I know that there are good PvP'ers out there.. but barely met any.
And i never had any conversation with Kel'thuzad, never went to naxx in my 20 years of WoW. Raiding is too much work for me. ^^

How the transfers going ? any numbers !!?

Just log for a bit and SW still have many asian names (toons/guilds), like 2 fellows posted above "disable Hanzi support" makes sense !!? no !?

ps: heheh "And low-level-gankers are the worst of this community. those are the ones driving people away from pvp-servers" 100% agree m8, but i have found many of the gankers in other pirate pvp servers using t3 gear kill lvl 30+ in stv ;p ---> to have t3 gear they must like allot of pve too ;p

Most players are gone, I also talk from early days. When the server started there were even some nazis in worldchat.. anyway.

Hanzi ban isn't rly needed anymore. We had a issue back in summer last year bevause Chinese pop became the majority on a supposedly English server and forum.
This isn't a issue at this point thanks to the sea servers and own forum. The Chinese community on nordannar atleast to me seems to not cause any problems, we csn live peacefully together.
Their is /world that has an active hanzi ban.
The only place I struggle with language barrier is in battleground chat sometimes... But atleast there are bgs popping, would be even less without our fellow Chinese gamers

I think the hanzi ban is still needed in battlegrounds.
The devil is in the detail.

It'd be better than basing an opinions value on how much PvE content a person's done when the topic pertains to PvP. lol.

Lmao, even.
Elmhoof - 60 Feral, between tanking/dps (Main)
Anbone 34 Shadow Priest (Planned secondary main)
Manypunchman - 10 Naked Troll Boxer (Hardcore)

I'm back! More or less...

What a dumbshit comment. I cannot believe you actually hit the Submit button on this.

Raiding isn't everything. But the way You Go for Personal attacks instead of countering arguments, you are Just prooving my statement, that the PvP-Community is quite toxic (with some exceptions). :)

No, what I wanted to say was: “The server died, my guild voted by majority to leave it, and I regret the time I wasted”.

What are you trying to prove with your comment?
If they open a transfer from a pvp server, you and your pve friends will be the first to leave this server... crying_turtle
