After landing a critical strike with a Fire, Frost, or Nature damage spell. The Clearcasting state reduces the mana cost of your next two damage spell by 40%.

New player and currently leveling an elemental shaman, this change will add back chain lightning to the single target rotation while leveling, and make it more efficient to use at max. My favorite spell, and actually feels more boring to level elemental on this server than on regular classic.
2. Eye of the Storm
Gives you a 100% chance to gain the Focused Casting effect that lasts for 6 sec after being the victim of a melee or ranged critical strike. The Focused Casting effect prevents you from losing casting time when taking damage.
To:
Grants focusing casting while you have lightning shield, water shield or earth shield active.
Mages has slow, root, blink, locks have fear, pet, etc, druids can root -etc. Spell push for ele is super annoying.
