Human Racial Passive

I started playing human hunter yesterday and I noticed I have passive racial that gives me +10 Arcane Resistance. As far as I know this has never been human's racial. Is it a bug?

Or half-gnome. Anyway, nice bug. At least I will break out of polymorph effect more often in PVP.

That is a racial of the High Elves too
