Can't Log In

I keep getting the following error message when I try to log in.

"Your connection is currently restricted. Too many unsuccessful authentication attempts!"

I've changed my password, closed everything and waited an hour and I'm still getting this error message.

I last logged on last night probably about 9 or so hours ago with no problems. I woke up this morning and I have this error message.

What can I do to fix this?

Anyone ever have this problem before? and if so what did you have to do to fix it?
