Remove dots before Vanish?

Is there any possibility in wow classic in PVP, to remove dots before vanish?

No, thankfully. Only Dwarves have a pseudo-Cloak of Shadows by using Stoneform to remove Poison, Disease and Bleeds (but not Magic).

You can alternatively use restorative potion, anti venoms, elixirs of poison resistance, and jungle remedy to cleanse as much debuffs off yourself as possible then vanish.

Some kind of debuff removal may be brought up for the second batch of class changes since rogue is way too vulnerable to dots in PvP.
