Priest Questions: Proclaim Champion

Hi! Sorry I'm new to turtlewow as a whole and was on the fence if I should roll Priest or Hunter and saw the proclaim champion and that really was leaning me towards Priest but I can't find a huge amount of info about it. Can anyone sort've tell me how useful/beneficial it is to a group? Thanks!
