Allow more Hidden Armor items from Fashionista

Post by Starweaver » Thu Nov 02, 2023 6:48 pm

Greetings fellow fashionistas, I have a suggestion that I think many of you would appreciate and support: TWoW, please make available a Hidden Armor option for each piece of armor, allowing players the further customize their appearance. This would allow for such looks as barefooted (i.e. rugged tracker/wild ranger/homeless) bare fisted, shirtless (i.e Rexxar or demon hunter look), etc. And of course, for those so inclined.. full birthday suit!

I think this would be a great enhancement to player customization for their creative cosplays or desired style.

There are many NPCs in game without pieces of armor visible too so this change would allow players to draw more inspiration and actualize their own variant on influences and inspiration.

What do you think? Thoughts, criticism, support in the comments please! smiling_turtle_head

Yeah I honestly don't understand why this isn't implemented already. Once you've accepted the idea of certain hidden armor items, there is no good argument for not having all armor items being hidden-able.

I'm not a fan of things being hideable, but once you go down that route, there is literally no reason not to commit.

I wasn't in favor of it originally, but I was naive to the tmog system at the time. Now, after many months of experimenting with fashion, I think it's a much needed elaboration on the hidden armor system TWoW implemented

LOL I can see some people at least wanting shirtless for their demon hunter RPing. Heck I'd take all of them so I could make a toon look like Croman from Warlords of Draenor.

+1 This is inevitable. Make it happen.

I would prefer no hidden chest and leg pieces because I don’t want to see more exhibitionists in their underwear that I already see enough of.

At least give us hidden gloves, bracers and belt.
Nydas - 60 High Elf Mage (Nordanaar)
Farren - 60 Tauren Shaman (Nordanaar)
Gothric - 23 Human Paladin (Nordanaar)
Markal - 58 Undead Priest (Tel'Abim)

I would like to see this, but agree pants and chest need to be seen.

I would also like to add rings and necklaces should change appearances. Like left ring makes pants glow, right makes chest and neck makes helm or shoes.
