alliance can still use 2x meadow 5 agil rings, that ring is nothing compared to what alliance has in the bracket

The tirisfal uplands rings are completely useless(5 int and other is 5 str...you can buy any of those as "green" lvl 18 on AH) so they shouldnt be blue quality to begin with as their quality is misleading and demoted to green. Looks like the alliance ring will also have more sp than the horde one

4/3 wrists are meh when there are 5 agil boe, same with 7/3 boots when lynx exist and gorilla gloves are completely niche for only a hybrid shaman...not alot of 19 shamans out there, same with shield. Bah, stuff like this just makes you want to graveyard farm the alliance more which i will

Also 19 mages are a very niche class and cant just tank like they can at 20+ without mana shield

The R10 Helm nerf seems a bit harsh. Considering how easy it is to obtain gear from Stratholme (Unforgiven Leather and Baron Plate Headpieces) as a DPS Warrior, it really devalues the feeling of being rewarded for sticking through PvP to R10. Yes, i understand that the Item itself is very strong, especially with the 2p bonus. But the time invested into PvPing has to be considered and thus rewarded. Please take the time investement into consideration when adjusting Gear that isn't a simple drop.

This is almost entirely false.

Alliance uses seal of wrynn and if you're using 2x5 agi rings you're making a glass cannon build, which is more niche than mages in the bracket currently. Also, try finding a +5str meadow ring, and no one uses the +5int ring because there's better from deadmines and faction ring anyway. I'd still use faction ring and anchor's edge ring since they're both fantastic.

Saying 4/3 wrists are meh is dumb. They're BiS. If they're meh every single other item is worse, it's a dumb take. Same with every other gear item you said, especially the shield.

There are currently three monster 19 shamans I see regularly and they outdps everyone except rogues/hunters.


If you just want to complain into the void and don't want people to respond then you should lead with that so we know to ignore you.

Why nerf the naxx trash loot itself instead of making it impossible to farm with only a few people? There has to be a way to make it impossible, you guys could programme a solution to this im sure of it. I really dont think touching the trash loot is the right move...

Couldn't agree more. The bonus honor in AV is toxic for pvp. Some of the top 100 players every week have 1k honorable kills yet 500k+ honor. All the ranking system is proving is that someone is willing to stand inside AV longer than others. I know AFKing in battlegrounds has always been the meta for ranking but would be neat to find a way to reward active players.

The rockfury bracers nerf, while understandable from a relative power compared to un-buffed aq40 and naxx caster wrists, is a bit harsh considering the months of effort and gold investment that go into grinding the rep and farming the badges for that item. Experienced casters will have spent at least a couple months focussed on getting this item early in their gearing arc, so it's especially painful that this item becomes worse than the BWL equivalent in all ways.

Can we get some int/spirit on these bracers as a compensation for the SP that was flatly taken off them? A lot of re-itemization of dps caster gear has come at the cost of spirit, so it would help keep these bracers relevant if they fill a more sustain focussed raid viable roll when compared to BWL/AQ40/Naxx options. This also fits with the stat heavy design of priest/mage AQ40 2.5 sets which it seems this item should fit in with.

Can we add (at least): 5 int, 7 spirit:

1.17.0 would look like:
Rockfury Bracers: 7 stam, 5 int, 7 spirit, 21 SP, 1 hit
Bracers of Arcane Accuracy: 10 int, 5 stam, 25 SP, 1 hit

Edit: It probably wouldn't hurt to buff the WSG exalted bracers while you're at it considering they are way harder to get than either of the above bracers. They should be more PVP oriented than they are now.

People don't do AB because it is always the same Shamans and Warlocks deleting people on the horde side, same goes to WSG PVP imbalance favors horde in those, while alliance has AV.

And before people says paladins, after this patch, Ret Holy and Tank will be useless even on PVE too.

Agreed, this helm is average at best, the stats it has are needed for PvP, you have to grind pvp for weeks to be able to earn it and to have it nerfed makes no sense. Only other fix would be to fix the pvp system to make grinding to R13 viable and add the hit and crit to the R13 helm as a replacement. Itll be better to just do 60 dungeons and ZG rather than pvp for any incentive at all,

On the TOPIC OF GENESIS. This is a huge buff and is now inline with most mages and warlocks etc. However, I feel if the set bonuses aren't updated this has a lack of identity. I would like to see some update as the current set bonuses are mostly tank related. Possibly something with improving your haste on crit ability further or fixing hurricane to be more useful as part of the set bonus.

It'd be interesting to see on items negative stats more often, to offset something positive, to better convey a concept, define a state, or whatever the item is supposed to do or be about. A tradeoff. It could be existing stats, or new ones.

Finkle's Lava Dredger is broken and doesn't work on druids, the AP boost is a "Use" feature and we can't even activate it, was looking forward to the changes made to that item so that it could be a viable tanking option for Ragnaros and as a whole, but it is just broken as of now. Hope it will get fixed soon.

Despite the Blood Tiger set bonus having the exact same text as Blade of Eternal Darkness, it doesn't seem to proc on on-hit procs like the Incendosaur set while Blade of Eternal Darkness does.

I completely agree, I started farming it days before the patch, a very unrewarding investment of time and money seeing the nerf with nothing in return.

This still has not been fixed. The current stats are:
+17 Stamina, +15 Intellect, 4 HP/5 sec, 15+ Spellpower, +1% Spell Crit and +10 Shadow Resistance.

Judgement of the Crusader probability reduces several pieces of equipment, if need nerf, Blackblade of Shahram and Nightfall suggest modifying some mechanics of the weapon itself, rather than the probability of the skill, Judgement of the Crusader has a certain probability of no effect, the personal test Blackblade of Shahram Judgement of the Crusader triggers a probability of 35%-45%, and most of the time is consumed with lack of magic without effect. Will greatly reduce the game experience, it is better to reduce the Shahram Black sword attribute stack to 3 or 4 layers, but the Judgement of the Crusaderstable trigger effect. When nightfall is changed to only the first layer, Crusader Judgment can trigger the effect. The second and third Crusader Judgment will no longer trigger the effect. Normal attack probability will trigger this effect. Blackblade of Shahram and Nightfall, which are very difficult to acquire, will not be as strong as some new copies of the equipment, which will reduce the equipment acquisition expectation ,thanks, hiding_smth_turtle_head
