what shaman spec is best for leveling?
and how does an enhancement shaman feel at level 60?

Enhance is the best spec to level as from what I hear. At 60 it's not going to be performing pretty well and even with its low dps it's got threat issues. Ele is pretty much the same. BUT, resto is always needed and very good. Personally, I'd say as long as you're having fun and people won't shaft you for playing a spec that isn't the most optimal or desired one of your class, then... Why not go for it?

The most impactfull talent for leveling is the 11th point in elemental that proc clearcasting . Pair this with à fast weapon and à shield or a fast 2h and it's the most efficient way to lvl.
Past lvl 20 i put all my talent points in enhancement .
