Feral Druids and Weightstones

I know in later patches of WoW Vanilla and WoW Classic, weightstones could be placed on a feral druid's weapon, and they worked. I searched the forums here, but does anyone know if they work in Turtle WoW or not?

Only Elemental Sharpening Stones since they buff your critical chance rating instead of your weapon damage (which doesn't work in forms).
