pfUI configurations
pfUI configurations
It's amazing what pfUI lets you do. I've seen some nice looking configurations. Big fan of the minimap positioned bottom center with the ability bars and unit frames on either side.
I'm still working on mine, as there is a lot of options and possibilities.
I'm curious if people would be willing to share screenshots and config files of their UI.

Re: pfUI configurations
Is it possible to bring back keyring and bags panel like in original UI?
Re: pfUI configurations
I agree, pfUI is a godsend, I was really struggling before to get it the way I like it.
It just has mostly everything important, without feeling to complex.
Of course I will not get it exactly like I have it in retail, but that's fine.
I built my UI with mostly pfUI and a few eepanel2 panels.

Re: pfUI configurations
I got two questions:
The fade when out of range from other players (raidframes go translucid if you're far away) is set to 30yd. Can be changed to 40yd so i can stay max range while i heal?
Is there a way to change color on enemy healthbars nameplates depending if i have aggro?

Re: pfUI configurations
The color changing healthbars is something I sorely miss as well, I have not found a way to do that in pfUI.Reploidrocsa wrote: ↑Sun Jul 03, 2022 3:43 pmIs there a way to change color on enemy healthbars nameplates depending if i have aggro?
Including threat is probably pretty complex, but having an option for another color just for when something is targeting player would be nice.
I use it in retail both on the regular unitframes and on the nameplates.
It's not the end of the world but it would be a nice feature.

Re: pfUI configurations
Took me a couple hours, but it's close to how my ElvUI used to look on Classic. Pretty satisfied so far, just a solid configuration of the addon. Nothing fancy, but everything is anchored nicely, so it shouldn't get too broken if you import it. If it looks off, try playing with the UI scaling in the video options.
Here's how it looks on my rogue:

Re: pfUI configurations
I want to enjoy using pfUI, I really truly do, but I can't find a way to customize the bottom right text bar without messing up EVERYTHING.
Or, pfUI will reset my chat box to default settings and I hate hate hate that too.
UPDATE: Apparently I got the pfUI of TurtleWoW confused with the pfUI of WoW Classic, as the turtle version is just fine while the classic version is tiny and complicated. So yeah, this post is now irrelevant. Woops.

NOPE.

Re: pfUI configurations
Anyone know if you can change the healthbar colours/nameplates? I just find the red very dark and want to lighten it up without lighting up everything else.
Re: pfUI configurations
Hi guys,
Is there a way to have mana points to be shown under the players and enemies mana bar?

Type "/import" in chat.
Re: pfUI configurations
Well.. I decided to spent a couple of hours twinking my pfUI and after that I finally came up with something that really pleased me:

Re: pfUI configurations
It's been a lot of trial and error messing around with the lua of the different modules, but I finally made it work. Probably not the final look, but I'm happy with the results so far.

Noticed no one had an answer for this question a year ago. How about now?Reploidrocsa wrote: ↑Sun Jul 03, 2022 3:43 pm

Re: pfUI configurations
Enable the 40yd range check option and have a 40yd spell in your action bars (macros don't count)Copycat665 wrote: ↑Fri May 26, 2023 10:08 amNoticed no one had an answer for this question a year ago. How about now?Reploidrocsa wrote: ↑Sun Jul 03, 2022 3:43 pm

Re: pfUI configurations
I've got it set up like this on ultrawide resolution.
I'm still new so don't have all the spells yet, but all the healing ones are bound to mouseover click casting.
