Adding a Cooking Recipe for Raw Spinefin Halibut

Like the title says add a Cooking Recipe for Raw Spinefin Halibut. There is not a single recipe in the game most likely ,because it drops only from mobs and it can not be fished? Despite that it is even sold ny NCP's Spine Halibut.

I even looked it up on WoWhead and the Blue Lizzard has also not managed to add a Recipe for this fish after almost 20 years and 7? addons the ironic part is you can buy Spine Fin Halibut from npc but not cook it yourself.

Confirmed. According to all relevant sources, even in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight there is still no recipe to cook these things up.
