Hello dear turtle sirs, could you PLEASE create a Twilight Cultists set available for level 1!?

The sets need to be revered of course, and it need something close to 9 golds!
But of course they are super cools

Don't you think add some armor,no stats, with a level required, or have you ever planned that?
I'm just interested about the fact there is some hardcore player and also some iron-man challenge that'll be permitted with this stuff.

I mean, put something like 50 armor on spaulders and requiring lvl 20, or put a (46-70dmg : 15,3dps) on a two hand weapon lvl 20 seems legit, not overpowered at all. And makes the item you created not just only cosmetic.

Seems more fair and interesting to get as a RP set (you have to pay 9 golds!!! ), a real reward for this grind.
