Stormstrike is a yellow hit and yet does not proc Elemental Devastation

I don't know if this is intended or not but stormstrike currently is a yellow hit, and its crits doesnt proc Elemental Devastation

Yellow doesnt automatically mean spell.

Stormstrike is a melee based ability, not a spell. As a rule of thumb, if you can cast it while silenced, its not a spell.

Other abilities in that category are
Heroic strike
Sinister strike
Aimed shot

This is why stormstrike doesnt proc elemental devastation.

This is absolutely intended to benefit from your + % chance to hit (melee)
Otherwise you'd need 5% Spell Hit for Trash & 16% for Boss.
