If you have an addon like Scrolling Combat Text, you will see it say "Extra Attack!" after this activates much like Windfury and other similar effects. It does indeed work, as I only have rank 1 and it happens quite rarely on my Paladin.

I have 5 talents, it seems like it should stack up to 5 times, maybe they removed it here, but I never see a bonus attack after crouching and getting a crit

I'm like 90% sure sitting to try to force a reckoning proc doesn't work. You need to get hit by a legit critical hit

Sitting forced crits do not count.

the talent does not work, in the logs it says that there is 1 extra hit, but in fact it does not hit.
