Hybrid item for the Scarlet Raid

Hey, I hope we gonna see items like this for hybrid classes in the new raid.
I was bored, and made one for the Scarlet Raid, for spelladin, cuz im playing this right now.
Here is the example item:


This isnt set in stone, PPM, and scaling will have to be balanced,and i hope this item will beat Pummeler for spellret,
finishing the item proggression for this class.
Having Pummeler as best weapon really doesnt feel good, you dont really have to work for it.

There are some datamined items that I assume are from the scarlet raid (looking at the names) which seems very interesting for protection paladins at least, so it does seem like they do try to give items to classes and builds that didn't see much love when it came to vanilla itemisation.

We don't know how exactly the loot tables are going to look, but things are at least looking up

Keep in mind that scarlet citadel is going to be super hard. They are putting it at a t3 or t3.5 ilvl (like 4h/saph/KT) difficulty.
