During the logging of player deaths, each mob is automatically assigned to a location. But there are mobs for which the game has no data where they are. Please help in specifying the location. I listed all the mobs and players (level) who died from their filthy paws.

I think Deranged Ancient is from Crescent Grove and Hateforge Warden from Hateforge Quarry.

I believe the Disturbed Spirit is also from Crescent Grove. Witherbark Broodling is from the Hinterlands, two are spawned when a Witherbark Broodguard is killed.

Hoknak, Kontast, Sarnos and Zhar'moth all sound like warlock voidwalker names. Possible PVP deaths.

Those deaths are all quite recent, so you're right, the system should have filtered them as PVP kills even if a pet dealt the final blow.

I am just guessing here, but probably these players tried to flee from a warlock in PvP with the pet following them, and then they died outside the distance that the vanilla engine considers in pet-owner relations. In those cases the pets will be the one killing the victim, and it will not be attributed to the pet owner. This distance issue can be seen in other cases, e.g. when you find a shaman totem out in the wild with the shaman already far from it, it will show to you as a red mob without an owner.
Another case could be when a pet kills the victim without the pet owner doing any damage - in this case the kill credit goes to the pet, not the owner.
