How to access add on settings?

I have a few add-ons installed and they seem to be working, but I'm not sure how to get to options for them to move then around on the screen and change settings and whatnot? I don't have the little buttons around the minimap, and I can't find anything in the menu. Probably something easy I'm missing, thanks for any help!
