My two PoM/Pyro/Blast Wave builds (PvP)

So, I've been experimenting with including both PoM/Pyro and Blast Wave for instant casts. The basic idea is (21/21/0).

But what to pick next? I have entertained two directions with the remaining 9 talent points.

1. 21/30/0 - Critical Mass and Firepower for maximum Fire damage/crits.

2. 29/22/0 - spend those 8 points to acquire the new talent, Arcane Potency, for the Arcane Missiles damage boost.

Would any of it work?
