Ace3 ported to Vanilla

I am looking for a Ace3 addon library that is ported and working in Vanilla.

I found this codebase, but havent gotten it to run:

Does anyone have a working Ace3 version that works on turtle, or knows how to get this ported version running?

can i use it instead of ace and ace2
