Not sure if there are any plans already stated for rogue development but I would love to see rogues get some form of AOE ability.
Suggestion:
Fan of Knifes: Finisher that does AOE damage based on combo point
Improved Blade Flurry (ver 1): Increase the amount of additional opponents hit for duration of buff. IE 3 or more extra targets hit.
Improved Blade Flurry (ver 2): Able to cleave around you for the duration at a slight reduction in damage.

Rogues need more utility and fixes of already existing talents and spells, not new ones.

"Curse of nature" like effect would fit the class perfectly and give them the much needed utility while helping elemental shaman and balance druid. Some kind of necrotic stab.

Enervate: Finishing move that saps the target's vitality for [#] seconds, causing them to take increased Nature damage per combo point...

Reducing nature resistance is an integral part of such a debuff for it to be viable. Quick application is also welcome since it would still require for you to be in melee range anyway. This debuff being a finishing move would just keep it from being used most of the time.
