We would like to introduce ourselves to the wonderful WoW community. We are Turtle WoW, the (soon to be) best RP PVE Vanilla WoW server! :) We plan on launching our realm in October 6th, 2018.
Our plan is to provide a unique WoW experience to those players who love questing, community, and everything to do with PvE!
«So what does this mean?» Well, the experience we’ll provide will include:
- The main thing in our project will be PvE, role play and communication. We are considering reducing the experience rates for killing mobs (x0.8), so you get the chance to experience all the quests of your faction, before getting to level 60. Having “grey” quests that give no experience won't be a reason to leave the zone. We're planning to adjust it so it gives a reasonable amount of experience so you can enjoy all the quest chains you want!
- There will be NO stress from content progression. The realm will launch at patch 1.12 — but the raid instances will be released one at a time.
- The realm will launch with MC, Onyxia, & BWL ready to be slowly turtled through. AQ and Naxx events will be available later.
- We want this to be a stress free, rush free, fun, and inclusive place to play the game we all love.
- Our dedicated GM team and staff will be committed to ensuring a fair, easy going, and fun experience for everyone!
- A shop will be available for cosmetic items such as mounts, character customizations (don’t like that hairdoo? change it up!), pets to accompany you throughout Azeroth — and more! Nothing will be pay to win or give advantages to a player!
- Other Stuff
- You can experience the world in a PvP or PvE setting by using our custom, in game command to turn PvP ON or OFF at any time! .pvp off and you're safe! Start to get the lust for battle? .pvp on!
- For those that do want to PvP, battlegrounds will be available at every RP Hub or through the BG tabards so you can grab a pint with your mates while waiting for the next battle!
- Final versions of PvP sets will be available from the start. No waiting until 1.11!
- Warsong Gulch will be available from level 1 for 1-9 bracket! War doesn't pity the old, nor the young!
