Tree Healing raid addon

Hi all, hope someone could suggest me a good addon for raid healing.
Tried healbot recently, however it just refuses to work in tree form. In addition would like to see the time left on hots if that is even possible in classic addons...

Hi, pfUI has click casting and you can use /pfcast for mouseover macros, you can use clique as well
