vampiric touch 4% talent should increase to 6%

Shadow priest is famous as mana battery/brought to raid in TBC. they have a 5% mana return with an extra dot on top of that to be considered reasonable. in contrast, our version has 1 less Dot as well as only 4% mana return which is somewhat heading in the right direction but not enough yet. and 6% would be quite balanced for the game.

I found thev4% actually quite powerfull, together with the healing it makes a huge difference in 5 man runs. Half of the time didn't have to do anything as healer due to shado priest.

Compare that to paladins joke of sanctified command and yiu understand how blessed priests already are

Shadow priest is fine how it is rn in my opinion. good damage, great utility - great support spec
