You mean the "download client" link from the homepage? https://turtle-wow.org/#/home

To me it downloads within minutes.

What you can do is simply take a 1.12.1 client, and connect to turtle wow by changing the realmlist,
your client will then download some updates, and you can play.

Lucky for you that downloading it directly from an older client works. For me, I had no choice but to download from the site, but at least my browser doesn't slow the download. Vinik, your browser is very likely the culprit here. If you still need to download the client, you can also just use a different browser and see if that works. I use Brave, which works perfectly for me.

There is no luck with computers. :)

I just redownloaded the nostalrius-client and im now, just to test it, redownloading the update
within the 1.12.1 Nostalrius Client.

Dont use the bugged Elysium client, or any portable clients. Take the one from Nostalrius and download the update
through the game.

I recommend downloading a regular client and then connecting and updating it yourself over this sites already updated client, for some reason the client provided from here is very laggy for me and I'm not really sure why
