is Vanilla Tweaks allowed?

Hi there! the rules states modding isn't allowed to benefit characters. Does auto loot count as a character benefit?

Vanilla tweaks seems to have it and is suggested a lot on the Turtle discord. But, there seems to be nobody knowing if it is allowed or not viewtopic.php?f=29&t=3268

Why would auto loot be a benefit if you are able to use it by default by simply pressing shift in the game?

Afaik auto loot modification its fine and is included in the game in form of a small .exe
