Dwarf:
Vengeful Aegis [??? Mana Cost] [3 Minute Cooldown] [40 Yard Range]
"Channel holy energy into your shield that lasts 30 seconds or until you block once.
The next attack you block will bring forth a burst of fire upon your attacker dealing <???> holy damage,
that will always be a critical hit against demons and undead. For the duration of this effect you can block spells.
If this effect expires on it's own it gives you 100% of your mana. Requires a shield."
Human:
Sword of Light [7 minutes cooldown] [??? Mana Cost]
"Summon a Sword of Light in your hand for 1 minute. It has the speed of your equipped weapon
and it deals 200% of your equipped weapon's damage as holy damage. In one handed mode it sets your melee range to 10 yards, in two handed it sets it to 20 yards. After this effect ends it gives you 100% of your mana." (the mode depends on your equipped weapon)
High Elf:
Scion of the Sun: [??? Mana Cost]
"Increases healing taken and the potency of holy spells of the target by 10%. Lasts 30 Minutes."

A 1 minute buff that not only DOUBLES your attack damage, but also causes you to hit through armor, and potentially gives you 20 yard "melee" range along with a full mana restoration?
You looked at this and thought "yep, that seems balanced for a racial ability"?

You realize how absolutely crazy busted it is even without the mana restoration part, right?
Like even holy conversion with 100% wep dmg alone would be extremely good just due to the fact that it would scale off holy dmg increases while ignoring armor - and you have that plus a DOUBLING of attack dmg, plus a range increase that basically means you're always in range of anything that isn't a max range caster/hunter.
Also why does it last an entire minute lol?
Have you looked at other racial abilities and compared their power levels to this?
Like even holy conversion with 100% wep dmg alone would be extremely good just due to the fact that it would scale off holy dmg increases while ignoring armor - and you have that plus a DOUBLING of attack dmg, plus a range increase that basically means you're always in range of anything that isn't a max range caster/hunter.

The balanced version I linked only lasts for 30 seconds, you clearly not read it. i love unique class racials these are OP af and would need balancing for sure. But id love to see some kind of new class racials for more classes.

Ret palas need a reason to go deep retri.
And this reason is reworking Crusider strike.
1. Its must be a last retri talent.
2. Its must be a real nuke ability not a holy sunder armor, with weapon scale and cd (something like 30% of weapon damage as holy damage with 4s cd, and get already existing debuff what stacks for 3 times, numbers not final, just concept).
because ret pally is the only dps spec who doesnt have normal "i hit u in the face" ability, and its a very bad thing what must be revorced in first place.
3. vangence can be tier 5, repentance tier 6 and CS tier 7 last talent.
