Problems downloading client, have tried for hours now

I really want to try out this game, I LOVE the concept and was really excited to discover it, but I just can't even get started. The client downloads aren't working. I'm on windows 10.

What I've tried:

Direct download off torta post- zipped file downloads but when attempting WoW launch I get an error saying "The code execution cannot proceed because fmod.dll was not found"

Torrent download- stuck at 99.9%

Disabling all firewalls, even uninstalled an extra antivirus program

Different browsers

Re-downloading multiple times, restarting computer

Google drive download link- download fails

Anything else I can try? Or am I just not able to run this game... :(

Yikes, not sure how anyone is playing this game haha. I also just tried a couple download links on other forum posts, same errors.

Are you able to try a VPN it sounds like something is blocking your connection.

I had some issues as well but it worked. First attempt it started then failed, but the second attempt was good. It took around 45 minutes to download but it got there.

UPDATE: I got it to download!!!!

Haven't tried the actual game yet cause its late here but all I did was try to download it using different links and different browsers then finally one of the direct downloads actually worked. So I have no clue what the magic formula was. Just used chrome again but it had failed and caused errors for me this morning.

Something is wrong with the client . 2 days ago the download was working perfectly , now it downloads with 1mb/s . Huge diference from 50mb/s to 1 mb/s

I am downloading the game and it is very very slow, says it will take over 3 hours to download 7gbs. is there a fix or do i just have to wait?
