No combat error voicelines

Removes combat lines like "not enough rage!" and "Not enough Energy" by replacing the files with empty sound files.
I made this because I like having my character comment on things in the game, but I get tired of being told that their too tired or too happy to attack or that they need to wait a bit before doing some attack, so I made this.

Unzip in the WoW folder or put the "sound" folder in the data folder

can someone please repost this mod, somewhere else that is not nexus site!? i am logged there and still its giving issues that i cannot download because i am not logged in when i actually am. or another source thank you!
